Accounting services prices
The monthly price depends on two numbers: how many documents and how many employees you have per month. Here are our plans so you can see where you fit right away.

Prices exclude VAT (PVN). Every monthly plan includes digitisation: Moneo access and the Cost Pocket document robot, 6 EUR per month. If your documents and employees fall into two plans, the number of employees decides.
What is included
- The MIKRO plan covers up to 20 documents, payroll for one employee, checking and booking documents, fixed asset records, and preparing and filing VAT and social security (VSAOI) returns.
- From OPTIMUM upwards it also covers cash and bank operations, expense reports, full tax accounting (UIN, IIN, PVN, VSAOI) and representing you before VID and other authorities.
- We name the price before the contract, and it stays the same while your volume stays the same.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the price depend on the number of documents?
Most of the work is checking and booking every invoice, receipt and bank payment. The number of documents is the fairest way to measure the volume.
Is VAT included?
No, all prices exclude VAT. If your company is not VAT registered, 21% PVN is added to the invoice.
What if I have more documents in some month?
If your volume grows for good, we agree on the next plan. A one-off excess is charged separately, and we tell you before we bill it.
Are there hidden fees?
No. What the plan covers is written in the contract. Extra work, such as an annual report or restoring past books, is quoted and agreed before we start.
