Payroll services in Latvia
Payroll is where everyone notices a mistake: your employee, the tax office and you. We calculate salaries, holiday pay and sick pay, prepare the payments and file the reports with the State Revenue Service (VID) on time.

How we start
Frequently asked questions
When do you need the timesheet?
We ask for the timesheet and holiday or sick leave details by the 5th of the following month. If you pay salaries earlier, we agree on your own schedule.
Can I order payroll only, without bookkeeping?
Yes, payroll can be ordered as a separate service, though it works best together with monthly bookkeeping because the data is not entered twice.
Who files the reports with VID?
We do. We file the employer report and hiring or dismissal notices in VID EDS on behalf of your company.
Do you handle employees abroad or non-residents?
Yes, we assess each case separately, because the tax treatment depends on the contract and the country of residence.
