Annual report for 2026 onwards from 500 EUR, for previous years from 700 EUR. Work with an auditor 60 EUR per hour. Prices exclude VAT (PVN).

How we start

Short callWe learn what your company does, how many documents and employees you have per month and whether you are VAT registered.
Plan and contractWe name the monthly plan and what it covers, then sign the contract.
HandoverWe receive access and documents from your previous accountant and check the opening balances.
Day to dayYou send documents electronically by the 5th of the following month, we book, calculate and file.

Frequently asked questions

When is the annual report due?

For small and micro companies usually within one month of approval, and no later than four months after the year end. We confirm the exact deadline for your company before we start.

Can you prepare the report if we kept the books ourselves?

Yes. We first review the books and tell you what needs fixing, then prepare the report.

What if last year's report was not filed?

Contact us as soon as possible. We prepare the overdue report and show you how to keep the next deadlines.

Is the report in Latvian?

Yes, annual reports in Latvia are filed in Latvian. We can explain it to you in English or Russian.
